A LOT HAS BEEN HAPPENING REGARDING

THE PROPOSED CHICK-FIL-A

APC has been working hard reviewing the comments from the county sent back to Bohler Engineering July 1, 2024. We have had substantial help from a working group of concerned neighbors led by Joe Noble a resident of Pines on the Severn. They have submitted their own questions/comments.

APC has hired a traffic consultant to review the Traffic Impact Study and is looking into hiring a professional engineer to review the site plans.
