How Does Humidification Work?

Isothermal humidification: We add energy and the air temperature remains the same in the humidified space. Examples of this type of humidifier: Electric Steam Resistive Element Gas Steam Live Steam Adiabatic humidification: We do not add energy. The energy is absorbed from the surrounding system. (Mist coming off of the bottom of a waterfall) Examples of this type of humidifier: Evaporative Media Nozzles High Pressure
