We're less than a week away from Advocacy Day!

Join us on Tuesday, Feb. 14 as we urge legislators to prioritize the needs of educators in this year's budget.

Last week, Governor Hochul released her executive budget for New York State. While including good proposals for making child care more accessible for families and a third round of stabilization grants for child care educators, the budget doesn't cover the wage supplement that we are asking for. Let's make our collective voices heard in Albany!

Starting at a young age, children can notice differences in gender, skin color, and abilities. Acknowledging differences can lead to difficult conversations, but also provide a valuable learning opportunity. We're holding a workshop on Feb. 25 to reflect on ways to celebrate differences and facilitate these conversations with children.
