Jessica,

Right now, legislators are continuing to negotiate the details around the state budget. That means that there’s still time to call on our elected officials to increase investments in early childhood! Throughout the month of May, there's no shortage of ways that you can take action:

Child Care for Connecticut’s Future will hold their next stakeholder meeting on May 17! Seize the opportunity to speak out and learn how you can best advocate for investments in ECE at this time. You can also sign up to participate in Wednesday action days at the state capitol, or fill out postcards to the Governor.

We will continue to keep you informed on advocacy efforts in the coming newsletters. If you have any questions about ways to get involved, please reach out to Jade at Jade@allourkin.org.
