It has been my sincere pleasure to provide care for you at Overlake Family Medicine. The time has come however for me to move forward with a new endeavor.

I am writing to inform you that May 31, 2023 will be my last day working at Overlake Family Medicine. I am not leaving the practice of clinical medicine or the Bellevue area, but will be pursuing my dream of opening a new clinic.

Patients who wish to join PNW Family Medicine and continue care with Dr Acher after May 31, 2023 will need to follow the links on the website.

Patients who do not wish to join Dr Acher may remain at Overlake Family Medicine or establish care with a new primary care provider. Original records will be retained by Overlake Family Medicine and will be transferred upon request.
