LAND TITLE DELAYS

Due to concerns brought forward in regard to the delays of land title registrations and the legalities involved with tax/assessment notices, we have scheduled a one hour discussion with Brownlee LLP.

This is for members only, is free and pre-registration is required. Please email Kerry at education@amtpa.ca

"The ministry has also dedicated $9 million in 2022-23 to address the Land Titles registration backlog, with the goal of returning to normal turnaround times of 10 to 15 days by the end of December 2022."

The Board has been busily working on the creation of our website. We have been slightly delayed due to health issues, however, we are very close. With your membership, you will have exclusive access to recorded webinars, sharing documents and supporting each other with questions and answers.
In the meantime, continue to send your questions to secretary@amtpa.ca and we will forward them on to the membership for some answers.
