To Our Customers

As our industry rebounds from the pandemic, we all continue to face unprecedented challenges. AMI’s priority and that of our principals, is still you, our customers, as everyone does their best to navigate this everchanging climate.

In responding to the unpredictable demand for product from a pipeline that is no longer full, our suppliers are dealing with raw material shortages, price increases and delays, staffing shortages and rising fuel costs which all contribute to significant disruptions in our supply chain.
Although we expect this to be temporary, estimates are that some of these issues will challenge us for the foreseeable future. We thank you for your patience and support while we remind you that our suppliers may not be able to satisfy your needs within pre-pandemic lead times. We appreciate any view into your future plans that you’re able to share in order to be prepared to support you and provide the best outcomes.
