COURSE REGISTRATION UPDATES | |

Registration Updates from Milton Counseling
Registration continues this week with students receiving their PINK Verification Form in Advisement classes on Thursday, February 8. Rising 10-12th Grade students will receive a PINK paper that outlines all the courses their teachers recommended them for, in addition to the elective requests the students made last week. If your student did not turn in an elective form by the February 2 deadline, DO NOT turn one in late. The opportunity to submit the elective form has passed. Continue to move forward in the process and WRITE-IN the electives you want on your PINK form.
If your student does not have an Advisement class and needs a verification form, they can visit their assigned counselor and have one printed.
This step in the registration process is where you can:
- Sign up for online classes for 2024-2025 SY
- Drop down in rigor
- Go up in rigor (must complete the H/AP Waiver attached to the form)
- Write in electives that you want if you didn't turn a form in last week
- Cross off courses that you do not want
- Write in any specific requests you have (no guarantees, but we save the notes)
The PINK verification form is NOT A SCHEDULE. This is merely a list of courses that you want to take next year. Schedules are not created or released until July.
If your student has a question or concern and needs counselor advisement, counselors will be in the Media Center ALL DAY on Friday, February 9 and Monday, February 12 for student walk-ins. This is for students only. If a parent wants to join the conversation, the student can call them via phone. We want to make ourselves available to as many students as possible while they are working to make course selections for next year.
All PINK Verification Forms are due to the student's assigned counselor by 3:30PM on February 14.
