This list contains important errata identified in the first printing of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual, 8
th Edition, and is effective for hard copy manuals purchased from September 2016 to present. This list includes errors of omission and only critical errata that affect the meaning of a cancer staging system. Errata are tracked by AJCC staff and updated weekly.
