About the Program

This program’s speakers are Bryan Mashian, an attorney with decades of transactional experience and Chair of the AIR’s Contracts Committee which authors and updates AIR’s popular leases and purchase and sale contracts, and Randy Matusoff, a commercial real estate broker who has achieved both the CCIM and the SIOR designations, affiliates of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The attendees will learn how to use the correct AIR lease for a particular transaction, avoid most common misunderstandings about AIR leases and modify AIR leases as may be desirable for a particular transaction.

This program is presented by the Real Estate section, co-chaired by Howard N. Gould and Elizabeth Dryden. Find out more about the section at www.bhba.org.
