AHA Registry Staff Available at US Nationals
AHA is available to provide services at the 2020 US Nationals Horse Show beginning October 22nd for your convenience! Visit the AHA booth located in the south entrance to the Exchange Center. Members-bring your questions or your work to the show.
 
AHA is there to help you:
  • Register or transfer your horse
  • Purchase APPAREL and OTHER FUN AHA MERCHANDISE
  • Submit your in-utero nominations to the Sweepstakes Program, Halter Futurities etc.
  • Purchase or renew your AHA membership – BE ENTERED TO WIN A FREE GIFT (while supplies last)
  • Look up pedigree, progeny and ownership information on DATASOURCE—get a FREE printout of the pedigree of a registered Arabian, Half-Arabian or Anglo-Arabian
  • View/print the accomplishment record of any registered Arabian, Half-Arabian or Anglo-Arabian
  • Get assistance with your pending transactions – bring your work to the show! We can also accept your Stallion Reports that are due by the end of December.
  • Choose from a wide variety of blank forms for registration and enrollment to our many programs

Courtesy Program Renewal
Check your email for AHA Courtesy Program Renewals. Re-nominations will be sent to the current owner of record. It is the responsibility of the owner to re-nominate their horse(s) prior to the December 31, 2020 deadline. If an owner does not receive the re-nomination form, please call AHA to renew. Take advantage of lower fees and postmark/transact your renewals on or before December 31, 2020. Renewals postmarked after December 31, 2020 may be subject to late fees or additional fees.

For Achievement Award and Amateur Achievement Award renewals, please submit your request prior to your first competition of 2021.

You can renew by submitting the completed form with payment to AHA via US Mail, on-line or email (pdf format). You may also contact the AHA office at 303-696-4500, option #4 and renew over the phone.
Recognition Awards for 2020
This year the Awards Committee made a decision in regards to the Recognition Awards for 2020. The decision was to postpone the Recognition Awards until 2021. If you have already submitted a nomination for either the Ambassador Award or the Open Competition Award for 2020, we appreciate you for your submission and will transfer them to 2021.
Reminder for the 2021 Competition Year for all Recognized AHA Shows
  • Added class fees have been reduced from $30 to $15 per class.
  • The will now be a $15 charge per held TBA in which the TBA slot is filled with an AHA recognized class code and results are reported. If a TBA slot is not held as an AHA recognized class, there is NO charge.

These lists include all individuals who are suspended from AHA participation either permanently or for the stated period of time, due to violations of the AHA Rules of Conduct, Registry rules or delinquent payment. A link to bans issued by the U.S. Center for SafeSport can also be accessed from this page.
Forgot to enroll your horse in the Performance Futurity/Maturity Program for US Nationals? 

Enrollments in the Performance Futurity/Maturity Program can still be made. The nomination fee is $1,640 or $2,190 for Reining classes. All entries into the Performance Futurity/Maturity Program must also be entered into the U.S. National Championship Show via an official entry form.
NOTE: A horse that is co-owned by the two distinct non-family members cannot be shown in Maturity and Jackpot classes at any AHA National Championship Show.

All Half-Arabians Competing in the Performance Futurity/Maturity Program must have DNA on file to the purebred Arabian parent in order to be eligible to compete in these classes.
US Nationals Program Now Available



U.S. Nationals
If The Show Is Cancelled or you are unable to come due to COVID-19 or reasons related to smoke inhalation or fires, all fees will Be refunded except the office fee. Please let us know by October 9 that you will not be coming due to COVID-19 or any issues related to the fires and smoke inhalation.

Refund requests must be in writing and emailed to nationalevents@arabianhorses.org. After that date to the first day of the show, COVID/Smoke Inhalation refunds will be considered on a case by case basis by the show commission. No refunds are issued once the show starts.
