Workforce Development Census |
As everyone grapples with workforce constraints, AGC MA is actively engaged in developing the next generation of construction managers and tradespeople. The AGC MA Workforce Development Task Force has been meeting regularly to ensure that students, teachers, and administrators interested in commercial construction can easily identify vocational and educational pathways to careers in the industry.
We are aware that many of our members are also conducting their own workforce development efforts like recruiting from local high schools or engaging in community career fairs. We would like to help build off these efforts to ensure that your workforce efforts are sustained.
Therefore, we are asking every company to please complete this Workforce Development Census. The survey will catalog at a high level our members efforts to develop the next workforce from colleges, high schools, and the general public and we will use the results to identify common connections and assist your efforts.
