"Now that I am an alum of the AABLI Board Leadership Program, I feel equipped and inspired to serve on my board with sophistication and diligence. The program dealt with multiple facets of board service, most notably governance, finance, and fundraising. Expert advice and sound instruction were delivered by the top educators, practitioners, and community servants in their respective fields. When this program is offered again, sign up right away. It is informative and fun!"

AABLI's Tribute to John Mack & Noel Massie
The City Club's sweeping views of Los Angeles were the backdrop to AABLI's April 17 reception honoring two magnificent men for their support of AABLI's mission: John Mack, former President of the Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners, and Noel Massie, President of UPS, Southern California District. John Mack has been a donor and supporter since the inception of the organization, and under Noel Massie's leadership, UPS became the first company to sponsor employees' attendance at AABLI programs.
