St. Ambrose has received Community Investment Tax Credits (CITCs)!

Through the state of Maryland’s CITC program, donations of $500 or more to St. Ambrose are eligible to earn tax credits equal to 50% of the value of the donation.

To be eligible for tax credits, donors should complete the Donor Information section of this form and send it to juliam@stambros.org before or at the same time of the donation. 
This year, all CITC donations will go towards St. Ambrose’s Golden Girls Meet Gen X 2.0 program.

Also known as Journey of Hope, this program combats youth homelessness by connecting young people (ages 18-24) experiencing homelessness to safe, stable housing, caring communities, coordinated case management, and supportive services. Marylanders have just over a week to apply for the state’s property tax credit for homeowners and renters.

If you are an eligible, low-income renter you may qualify for a $1,000 check through the Renters’ Property Tax Credit Program.

Homeowner's who pay high property taxes in relation to their income may also be eligible for assistance through the Homeowners' Tax Credit Program.

You can submit an application on the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation’s (SDAT) website.

To receive the tax credit you must apply every year.
