DIA DE LOS MUERTOS
~ DAY OF THE DEAD ~
We are celebrating Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) a little differently this year to keep everyone safe and healthy! Dia de los Muertos is a colorful, traditional Mexican holiday that celebrates the lives of our loved ones who have passed. Check out our Instagram and Facebook pages to catch our virtual tour of this year's exhibit!

The MRC Gallery team is hosting a number of virtual workshops over the next few weeks including how to make your own sugar skulls at home and a traditional Blessing of the Four Corners. Keep an eye out for more info on new events each week!
COLLABORATION SUPPORTS NEW AFFORDABLE HOME

MRC is proud to partner with CoBuild, KS State University, and Emerging Builders to construct a new net-zero, affordable house here in the Northeast. CoBuild and Emerging Builders offer unique apprenticeship opportunities for groups who are under-represented in the construction industry; specifically, women, and Black and Indigenous People of Color. The project will be complete in just a few short months, turning a blighted piece of property into a beautiful home for a family in need.
