Store owners,

The number one question I get asked from owners is—"How do I get more customers into my store?" I’m actually surprised when I hear this question because we have so much information available on the owner’s portal highlighting EXACTLY what do do to accomplish this.

With that said, I'd like to share a recent email that I received from Jillian, the owner of Nutrishop Murrieta, CA. Jillian and her husband took over this location just a few months ago and are really turning things around for that location.

I figured what better way to help answer that question than with this recent email I received from Jillian—see below.

Good morning Brian!


I just wanted to give you a quick update. The shop is doing amazing. We’ve made great connections in just 3 months. We’ve already been the official weigh-in location for 2 challenges, one was with F45 and another one we just started with the Murrieta Police Department.


I have us locked in this month as a sponsor and booth vendor at the 6th annual K9 trials and next month we are setting up a booth vendor at the “Squid Games” (outside fitness events) which is projected to have about 6K people in attendance. We have also officially partnered with one of the local high schools and are currently sponsoring their mountain bike team and will be hosting an after-hours Wellness Seminar at the shop for the team and parents. 


Lastly, we have tapped into at least 6 local gyms that we do demos at which has really been great exposure. Last but not least, the biggest thing we keep hearing besides how amazing our shop looks is “we see your shirts everywhere”

As you can see, Jillian is aggressively and consistently outside the walls of her business, kicking up dust in her community and reaping the benefits. Your ability to get more customers through your doors really depends on how much you do outside your store!
