Peter Levitt, Peninsula Clean Energy's Manager for Distributed Energy, will describe how PCE proposes to integrate thousands of small solar arrays, batteries, smart thermostats, and appliances for optimal energy efficiency and GHG reduction.


Can MCE do the same, cutting the use of gas 'peaker plants' at night and better matching electricity demand to available renewable resources?
