Visit Delco, the Philadelphia Union, and Legacy Arts Chester partnered to install a 29-foot DELCO sign at Subaru Park, with the "O" designed as a soccer ball featuring student artwork. The project celebrates community and youth empowerment. The letters are a permanent fixture and make for a great spot for a photo op outside the stadium.
