EcolSciences, Inc. is proud to announce, that as of January 1, 2024, company ownership will be conveyed to Michael Schweitzer, David Moskowitz, and Peter Hansen. For 50 years, EcolSciences has successfully served many of our Country’s leading industries, corporations, developers, financial institutions, law firms, and public agencies with environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation, wetlands delineation, land use permitting, and threatened and endangered species evaluations. David, Michael, and Peter joined the firm in 1986, 1993, and 2004, respectively, and have been key members of EcolSciences’ professional staff providing a combined 87 years of experience. The new Principals anticipate a seamless transition since 100% of ownership will remain “in-house” with these long-term key employees who have developed strong professional relationships with our valued Clients.


Peter, Michael, and David are proud to lead an unparalleled team of multi-disciplined Scientists, Geologists, and Engineers with a wide range of professional licenses and certifications including LSRPs, Professional Geologists, Professional Wetland Scientists, Certified Wildlife Biologists, USFWS Qualified Surveyors, and Botanists. Our exceptional and dedicated employees also remain key to our continued delivery of a wide range of solution-oriented environmental services that balance environmental compliance with Client objectives.

Concurrent with EcolSciences’ ownership change, the former Principal Owners, Michael Friedman, Ken Paul, and King Moy will be retiring. EcolSciences has been defined by their leadership for the past 50 years and we appreciate their continued transitional support of the Company in the years ahead. We wish them continued health and success in their retirement. We are grateful that Michael Kovacs, a minority owner since 1995, will remain with the Company as a senior full-time employee in 2024 and beyond. Carol Campman, an owner since 1990, plans to retire from her full-time duties but will continue with the Company in a part-time capacity providing continued valuable consulting expertise.
