NEW ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH Congratulations to Jay Kennedy on his new position with the A-CAPP Center as our Assistant Director of Research! We look forward to seeing all the great things Jay will do in his new role to advance our research in the field of anti-counterfeiting and brand protection. NEW PUBLICATION A-CAPP’s Kari Kammel and John Zacharia of Zacharia Law PLLC recently teamed up to research and write about “Congress’s Proposed E-Commerce Legislation for Regulation of Third-Party Sellers: Why It’s Needed and How Congress Should Make It Better.” Their article was published in the U.C.
