 God is challenging us to do the impossible! But I am certain that we WILL succeed if we work TOGETHER - together with God and together with each other. We face five key challenges. How can we . . . � Pass the baton of Pentecostal faith and leadership to the next generation � Find ways to reach and include the many diverse people groups living in this region in our churches and ministries � Significantly evangelize and impact our major population centers � Help all of our churches become healthy and effective so they reach the lost and make real disciples � Become healthy and well-balanced in our personal and ministerial lives At this year's District Council our Strategic Initiative Teams presented first steps in each of these key issues.
