Tasting notes: Carpineto’s 2021 Dogajolo Bianco mirrors the beauty and timeless charm of Tuscany. Grown on hillside vineyards under the central Tuscan sun, the wine embodies the terroir from which it sprung, beginning with a glint and bright straw color. Beautiful aromatics entice you to take that first sip. Fresh and lively on the palate, with subtle apple and pear notes on the front palate that is quickly followed by hints of melon and citrus, all of which are underlined by a pure zippy minerality, the hallmark of the finest white wines of Tuscany.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif or with typical Mediterranean cuisine, such as salads, pasta, seafood and white meats. Perfect with flavorful, spicy Asian foods.
