3 KEYS TO POSITIVE FIRST IMPRESSIONS
for Commercial Design that Stands Out
Do you want renters?
First impressions of a building and its amenities have a big impact on whether people decide to rent from you or not.
People are attracted to buildings that not only look good, but feel good too. This is especially important when there's a long-term decision involved, such as committing to a place to live by signing a lease.
When lobbies, party rooms, and other common areas convey a feeling of warmth, people will naturally be attracted to them, and want to linger.
KEY # 1: LIGHTING
Lighting is key to first impressions because it enhances both the functionality and experience within a room.
In this Party Room at Como Park Apartments, several different types of lighting work to make the space feel bright and inviting: recessed lighting, pendants, sconces and floor lamps.
Before our redesign, it was dark and dated.
