Dr. Fran Kassinger

Dr. Kassinger served on the FGDLA board for 1 year as the vice president of the government sector and was a member of the FGDLA community for 3 years. During her time on the FGDLA Board, she reconnected DOD and non-DOD entities together in iFEST, and offered a first-time connection via a DOD-Treasury joint project. She also offered a webinar on Adoptive vs Adaptive learning environments.

Thank you, Fran, for bringing your expertise and talents to help support the FGDLA. You will be greatly missed and much appreciated by the FGDLA community.

Randy Palubiak

Randy served on the Board of Directors for the Federal Government Distance Learning Association (FGDLA) as Treasurer since 2009.
