A message from our Executive Director
D ear Friends,
It's hard to believe it's time to say goodbye to 2018. As we celebrate the joys and spirit of the holiday season, we at Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy want to wish the best to you and your loved ones.

It is with heartfelt admiration and appreciation for the unrelenting efforts of our donors, volunteers, staff and clients that I share this meaningful inspiration in Ozanam's Christmas message. This year, I also want to extend my gratitude and thanks to those who worked diligently to support Ozanam, giving generously of their time and resources. The board has been amazing, demonstrating enormous integrity and strength and support to our organization. It has been a pleasure to serve each and every one of you over the last decade and I look forward to what we will accomplish in the coming years.

As you know, healthcare in our country is constantly changing. We continue to face many challenges in our mission of keeping our patients connected to their necessary medications. With your help, we will keep providing the assistance needed by so many in our area.

In this issue of "A Dose of Ozanam," we highlighted four community members we honored with the Gardberg Award at the annual Christmas luncheon. In addition, we are so happy to introduce Mrs. Peyton Lazzari as a new member of our board. Also, we highlight our fourth-year student pharmacist, Mrs. Haley McCarron.

So as we close out the year in past and look forward to the New Year and all that it will bring; the staff of Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy wish all our friends, families and loved ones a happy, safe Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

Warm regards,
Shearie Archer
