1. Know Nut November - I'll tell you about a nut, you tell me if it's actually a nut or not.
2. Cover Music - I will play you a cover version of a song, you tell me the original band and song name.
3. Secret Round - All of these actors have the same unofficial TV accolade. Bonus point for knowing what ties them together. 
4. Who Said That? - I'll give you a quote, you tell me who said the quote.
