Our vision for training events in the Eastern Region is to provide quality training opportunities for pastors and church leaders in the Eastern Region with the health of the local church as our primary goal. With pastoral health and church health as our foremost concerns, we will seek to provide training opportunities that are not only relevant to the pastor's ministry, but also aim at the pastor's head (edification), the pastor's heart (encouragement), and the pastor's hands (enrichment).
