A Back to School Prayer...
Dear Friends,
As our children start back to school across New Mexico, our hearts are heavy. What will they be exposed to? What will they be taught by their teachers and administrators? How will they be affected by it all?
It is times like these, that while we continue to fight the battles of our state legislature and laws, we must be sure we are equipping our children, our parents, and our family units with what they need in order to face the reality of what is happening in New Mexico schools.
And so, today we offer the most powerful tool of all; prayer.
Heavenly Father,
It is with heavy hearts that we come to you for the sake of our children.
We are living in times of uncertainty where the enemy's game
is that of creating confusion and fear in the hearts and minds of our children. We ask, Father, that you would protect the minds and
hearts of our children and empower our families to stand firm
upon your principles. Give us wisdom to teach our children
of your great power and the truth that you do not
make mistakes. Give us the grace to listen to our children so
that we may see their hearts and thus nurture them in the
admonition of you. Give us discernment to recognize those
who would create confusion of identity so that we may protect
against them and speak life into our children. Give us knowledge
to know what we are up against, and courage to
stand against it.
Thank you for loving our children even more than our human
hearts can fathom. Thank you for the gift and the heritage
they are to us. Bless them despite a world that would
see them reduced to nothing.

We stand beside you parents, grandparents, families, and friends. Never forget that we serve a mighty God who will never fail. We continue to pray for you, your children, and your family unit to be strengthened, emboldened, and empowered in the name of Jesus!
