LADIES LEAGUE MEETING

There will be a Ladies League Meeting on Friday, June 14, @ 1:00 pm, in the church library. ALL ladies are welcome!

A “Big Thank You” for volunteering your time with the Mansfield Art Camps this Summer!

Just a few things to note: If you’re planning to volunteer your time with students at the Mansfield Arts Center, background checks are required through Mansfield Schools. If you’re a school teacher employed with the school district, you don’t need another background check. Background checks are free and easy to do: Please call 419-525-6400, select option 6 and give your name and that you’re volunteering with the SAFE program at the Art Center. You can set a time with them to come in and do the background check at Mansfield Board of Education, 856 W. Cook Rd.

Orientation meeting for the Art Camps is this Sunday, June 9^th @ 2pm at the Mansfield Art Center.

For snack prep: This Thursday @ 2pm at the Mansfield Board of Education Office (856 West Cook Road).

2ND QUARTER CABINET MEETING

The second quarter Cabinet Meeting will be Saturday, June 15, 9:00-10:30 in Blymyer Hall. This meeting is for all committee chairs, Church Council, as well as other committee members who would like to attend. If you are a committee chair and cannot be at the meeting, please find a person from your committee to attend on your behalf.

Please RSVP to the church office by Wednesday, June 12.

DISCUSSION GROUP

The book discussion group will meet Monday, June 17, at 2 pm, in the library. The group will be discussing the book, Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkinson. Everyone is invited to join the conversation!

FCC SOARING GROUP

We are pleased to announce that Betty Carpenter will be overseeing the Soaring Group activities starting in June!!

Please join us at the Black Dog Tavern (Deer Ridge Golf Course) on Thursday, June 20, at 6 pm.

Be sure to stop in and "check out" one of these new books for your summer reading! Reminder: New books can be signed out for two weeks, all others for 30 days.
