Carter Averbeck is an artist and designer working within the sustainable design industry. 

His explorations in the rejuvenation of vintage furniture into coveted works of useable art show a depth of understanding the cyclical nature of design. A chair is still a chair, a chandelier still produces light no matter how old it is. The beauty is in the reinterpretation of these objects that spark, provoke and ultimately influence society and our ideals towards living within design.
