Aaron Regdos is passionate about veteran-owned businesses like his own due to the rigorous standards he upheld while serving his country. Aaron joined the United States Airforce in February 2000 and earned several leadership and fitness awards during his time in the military. 

He served as a missileer and worked at power refrigeration electrical labs stationed in several locations, including Malmstrom AFB Montana, Minot AFB North Dakota, Vandenberg AFB California, and Lackland AFB Texas. After serving for nine years, Aaron decided to leave the military and return home to be closer to his family after the passing of his brother.

Upon returning home, Aaron earned a degree in Aeronautics

from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University and worked for local air duct cleaning companies in Buffalo. He noticed they were not using proper equipment or tools and relied on ineffective methods, unlike the quality standards he was accustomed to when working on nuclear sites in the military. 

"We were taught specific methods to ensure periodic maintenance on missiles which included HVAC work and air quality," Aaron explained.

Aaron's concerns fell on deaf ears prompting him to bring his learned precision and attention to detail to the entrepreneurial world, and thus 716 Clean Up and Restoration and Pure AirCare were born. He believes the military-style principles and accountability carry over into running a successful business. 

"We are told constantly to pay attention to details, and you are accountable to others in your squadron. This translates to taking great care of customers and employees and ensuring quality standards are trained and always maintained," Aaron said.

Although Aaron prides himself on his high-quality service and customer satisfaction (the companies have more than 500 5-star reviews), his most significant accomplishment is being a proud dad. His daughter, turning 21 this year, is a certified esthetician who loves helping her clients, while his 5-year-old son lives and breathes toy cars and the Numberblock show. Much like his father, he strives for excellence and exceptionality as he has mastered multiplication tables and reading and is learning the piano from his grandmother.
