5AM Class Interest?

Are you looking for a way to jumpstart your day and energize your body and mind?


I am STRONGLY considering restarting our 5:00-5:55 AM class again! My son swims at Claude Moore every day starting at 5 and I drop him off at 4:50 AM so I'm interested to see who might want to get this class time started again. I will guide you through an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to conquer the day ahead.


I am open to some suggestions on structure. We can go back to M/W/Fr with boot camp and T/TH structured cardio (running or boot camp cardio). Or, follow the 6 AM class structure and do a typical boot camp every day.


Whether you're a morning person or not, this 5 am timeframe offers a great way to establish a healthy routine and set a positive tone for the rest of your day. Let me know your thoughts on getting started!
