An opening reception for the artists will be held on June 8 from 5-8 p.m. where cash awards will be presented. All are welcome to attend this special event which will include musical accompaniment by guitarist Jason Valcourt.

Imago Foundation for the Arts (IFA) invited regional artists to express their unique perspectives as they explored geopolitical and personal boundaries and offered glimpses into their artistic imagination.

The artwork on display was selected from 113 entries by juror Jesse Thompson, a sculptor and fine artist who currently teaches in the Art, Media and Design Department at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and represents a wide array of media including drawings, acrylic, oil, encaustic, ink and watercolor paintings, photography, mixed media, glass, sculpture and assemblage.
