We will be celebrating communion together this Sunday the 7th during worship. ALL are welcome at the table! If you worship with us online, please know that you are welcome to use chosen elements in your home and partake with us.

Thank you to the many volunteers for helping with the rummage sale, from set-up to take-down! To those that brought in items to sell, and to our many shoppers!

The total sales were $7064.78!

The UWF bake sale was also quite successful in raising money for local missions. They raised $879! This would not have been possible without the great crew of bakers and sellers (and hungry shoppers!). Thank you for your support!

Mission Giving for July

Our joint mission for the month of July is Operation Christmas Child. This is a project of the international relief organization, Samaritan's Purse. This mission provides local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with a variety of gifts for children, as an outreach within their own communities to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

With each box built, a $10 donation is suggested to offset the shipping and handling costs. Our goal this year is to offer support to this mission, not by building boxes, but by offsetting these costs. $10 can go a long way to putting these gifts into the hands of children in need!

Please make a note on your gift if you would like it to go towards this mission.

On Wednesday, July 10th from 5:30 to 7PM the Grace family invites trail users and community members, who may want to join by car, to a "Supper Off the Trail."

All are welcome - locals and visitors - to come for a light supper of hot dogs and chips followed by an "Ice Cream Social!" Enjoy getting to know your neighbors and maybe even some visitors to our beautiful lakes area.

Watch for signs on the trail and on Patriot Avenue.

If you have questions around the decisions that were voted on at the General Conference in April, please reach out to Pastor Jen. She will set aside time to meet with you one on one and address your questions and concerns. There will be no changes made at Grace UMC related to the Book of Discipline edits.

A service celebrating the life of Emilie Fitch will be held on July 9th at 12pm at the church, a luncheon will follow.

A luncheon will be held at the Pine River UMC on Tuesday July 16th at noon. The guest speakers will be Doug Weiss and Barb Mann presenting for the Balsam Moon Preserve.

The Pine River ladies are hosting this event, on July 16th at noon at the Pine River UMC. When arriving, please use the side door and not the sanctuary entrance please. Please RSVP with Pam at PRUMC at 218-587-4091, leave a message if after hours.
