4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC (OLIHTC) preliminary reservations for February have been posted on our website. The allocation goal for projects located in Central City and Metropolitan/Suburban census tracts has been achieved. Therefore, OHFA is only reviewing applications for projects located in rural census tracts in the upcoming March and April 2024 Final Application deadlines.
