OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

EVENT SITE: As mentioned above, the event will be held this year at the Highlands Sports Complex, in Triadelphia, WV.

Beginning in 2019, we will be running the event in multiple sessions and clustering wrestlers on three, or four, adjacent mats.. This should allow most every weight class to be in and out in less than three hours and also help keep the overall crowd size, at any given time, to a minimum.

We will also be using Flo Arena once again.

ENTRY FEE: The entry fee for the 2025 Ohio TofC will be $75 and $55 for the Open & Veteran Divisions. Additional entries, from the same household will be $55. This fee includes FREE SPECTATOR ADMISSION FOR BOTH DAYS.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD: If you have more than one household member competing in the 2025 Ohio Tournament, please contact us, before paying, so that we can give you a discount code to use when you checkout.

These fees DO NOT INCLUDE the Credit Card Convenience Fees, but do include FREE SPECTATOR ADMISSION and NO COACHES CARD fees.

THERE IS ALSO NO PARKING FEE AT THIS FACILITY.

REGISTRATION & CHANGE OF WEIGHT DEADLINE: Initial registration will close on Sunday, April 19, with extended registration open thru Thursday, April 24 at 12:00 NOON (subject to a late registration fee), with free weight changes thru this time.

The fee to Change of weight at the site will be $50, with a $25 fee for the Open & Veteran Divisions. The Girl's Division will again be run Madison System, so the weight change policy will not apply to them.

All wrestlers are limited to one age division and one weight class. Those in the Girls Division MAY compete in both the Girls and Boys Divisions, but must register and pay for both.

SCHEDULE OF WRESTLING

Unfortunately, there is no possible way to give a definite schedule of competition, until around April 23. In general, though, the schedule should be pretty close to what we had in 2019.

As we have since 2019, specific Ages/Weights will be wrestled, to completion, in sessions, on a cluster of 3-4 adjacent mats. Sessions generally run about 3 hours, or less.

While we will not be able to provide an actual time schedule, until registration closes. However, based on past events, the projected schedule would have Bantam, Midgets, Juniors, Elite, Open and Girls Divisions competing from 8:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M., with Schoolboy and Cadet Wrestling wrestling from 3:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.
