Hi glowing being!

Spring is the classic time for DETOXING.

So, the time is NOW for Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Cleansing.

An easy way to do that? Color Energy!

Colors are just frequencies of light that through continued conscious exposure shift your inner frequency. If you have sluggish digestion you need more yellow. If you feel resistant to change, Deep Red.

Color Therapy Tip

Who you are at your core is light living energy and that is what color is!

So......when you're having any challenge being the light living energy that you truly are, you can easily turn to color to remind yourself energetically of who you are!

Each color has its own distinct vibration that reflects a part of you back to you, so get looking, feeling, sensing and breathing in the HUE-MAN being that you are!

Here are THE key colors to stay aligned with to assist you in any DETOX or CLEANSING or FASTING you may be embarking upon this Spring AND/OR any mental or emotional cleansing!

DEEP RED

you need this color energy to help you feel stable and secure in your physical body

ORANGE

you need this color to assist you with flowing with change and to allow change to occur

YELLOW

you need this color to stimulate your digestion and also lift your mood

PALE BLUE

you need this color to cool and calm your emotions- this is the peace ray and it will surely come in handy!

THE MOST POWERFUL COLOR THERAPY? Utilizing Color AROMAtherapy because your sense of smell is more powerful than your sense of sight!

Chakra Harmonizing Tip

KEYNOTE:

Your Purification Chakra helps you relax from "carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders"

This chakra (inner energy center) governs your physical body and all your inner energy from your shoulders to your ears.

Invite the suggestion of peace and calm and relaxation to your shoulders to awaken a better energy flow in this chakra.

One way to do this is to actually do the opposite! Scrunch your shoulders tightly up to your ears and hold for a moment- feeling the natural tension that is there. When ready to release (hopefully fairly quickly!) strongly drop your shoulders and exhale a present "HA" breath.

Do this several times until you can feel less tension on the exhale and more joy. This may actually take QUITE a while.

I have been deepening into my somatic studies and I have learned through the Feldenkrais practice that we as two-legged creatures tend to feel we have to "hold ourselves up." Because of this we store a lot of unnecessary tension in the shoulders.

Do the above simple exercise until you feel ready to explore the idea (even if simply with ONE THOUGHT) that "I am held and supported by my bones and my inner energy core and I can now let go of holding myself (and others up).
