While at ABC in 2014, she met Karlee Fomalont and they created Hart/Fomalont Casting. Since its creation they have cast a handful of feature films together including BEAR WITH US (Directed by William J. Stribling), starring Christy Carlson Romano, Cheyenne Jackson, Mark Sullivan, Alice Ripley, Alex McKenna, and Curtiss L'Cook; and FOURTH MAN OUT (Directed by Andrew Nackman), starring Chord Overstreet, Parker Young, Evan Todd, John Gabrus, Jennifer Damiano, Kate Flannery and many more!
