Thank you for taking part in the 2nd Annual Milford Youth Center’s Golf Fundraiser being held on this Friday, May 10, 2024 at Shining Rock Golf Club in Northbridge, MA located at 91 Clubhouse Ln.

The Milford Youth Center’s 2nd Annual Golf Fundraiser directly goes to supporting scholarships for our 2 month-long summer camp and towards supporting our 10-month free afterschool program! For more about our program, please review our 2023 Annual Report here!  

Schedule for the day:

• Volunteers arrive for 7 am

• 7:30–8:15 a.m. Check-in / registration / coffee and bagels (Thank you Milford Honey Dew Donuts!)

• 8:30 a.m. Shotgun start

• All Golfers will enjoy the following:

• 18 holes of golf on a great course!
• Contests such as closet to the pin, putt for cash, long drives and hole in one contest (extra contests with Party Package purchase - info below). New this year, you will also have a chance to "Beat the Weather Guy" to compete for closest to the pin vs. our Emcee and Milford Resident and Meteorologist (WBZ-TV | WSBK-TV | CBS News Boston), Jacob Wycoff!
• Beverage Carts available during the round!
• New this year will be a Food Truck with unlimited Taco’s for all participants from 10 am - 1 pm, thanks to our “Fairway Bites Sponsor”
• You will also have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets to win a full scratch-ticket book so make sure to bring your cash! This is also a new sponsorship this year! 

• 2:30 p.m. Lunch / program:

• Announce all winners!
• 10 Auction items will be announced - see a few below!
• Scratch Ticket Book Winner announced!
• Final thank you!

In order to make check-in as easy as possible, we also suggest that you purchase your Party Packages in advance ($25/golfer). The Party Packages include mulligans, putting strings, raffle tickets and poker cards for the poker competition. They are sold for $25.00 each and can be pre purchased by reaching out to me directly or can be purchased day of. If you would like to pay prior, please use our online payment options here: PayPal and/or UniPay. For the day of we recommend cash and/or checks made out to “Town of Milford-Milford Youth Center."

Also, the course utilizes an app called “Golf Genius” in which we recommend at least one person from each team to download to be able to add your scores and to track the live scoring the day of the event! If you choose not to use the app, there will also be pencils and paper to track your scoring.
