We're excited to hear from Keynote Speaker Ashley Banfield, Co-Head of Global Execution Strategy at Fidelity Investments, who will be interviewed by STA Board Advisor Rebecca Lahar, Vice President, Equity Trader at T. About Ashley Banfield

Ashley Banfield is Co-Head of Global Execution Strategy in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments. In her role, Ms. Banfield is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Global Trading desk and engaging across the industry on topics relating to Equity Market Structure. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2013, Ms. Banfield served as an executive director at Morgan Stanley in New York. She has been in the financial industry since 2005. Ms. Banfield earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics from Harvard and her master of business administration degree from Columbia University.

About Patty Schuler

Patty Schuler joined BOX in 2011 and is the Senior Vice President of Business Development focusing on market structure, competitive strategy, and client relations. Ms. Schuler started her career on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange in 1986. She spent numerous years working for various member firms in several capacities, from runner to crowd clerk, to institutional/retail phone clerk and floor manager. In 2004, Ms. Schuler became Director of Business Development for CBOE and CBOE Stock Exchange. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from DePaul University.
