On August 7, 2012, Spc. Ethan J. Martin, died in Koragay, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when he encountered enemy small arms fire by ambush. Ethan was 22 years old.


Inspired by his desire to attend nursing school after he got out of the military, the Spc. Ethan J. Martin Scholarship Fund has been established to help others with similar aspirations.
