The construction schedule for the remainder of this week and next is as follows:
Remainder of this week (Week of June 24):
- June 26: Paver driveway repairs on Boulder Circle.
- June 27: No work.
- June 28: Milling for Phase 2 Streets. Irrigation repairs for Phase 2 Streets. No street parking will be allowed on Spruce Hill Court and Boulder Circle on this day. Phase 2 streets include: Spruce Hill Court, Boulder Circle, and the following intersections off Smithtown Road: Virginia Cove, Boulder Circle, Howard's Point Road, Cajed Lane, Fairway Drive, Ayrshire Lane, Star Lane, Christopher Road.
Next week (Week of July 1):
- July 1: Seeding for Phase 2 Streets.
- July 2: Mainline bituminous paving for Phase 2 Streets. This work will begin at Spruce Hill Court and Boulder Circle, the crews will then move to the intersections off Smithtown Road starting at Virginia Cove and making their way east down Smithtown Road. No street parking will be allowed on Spruce Hill Court or Boulder Circle on this day.
- July 3: Mainline bituminous paving for Phase 2 Streets. If the crew is not able to pave all the intersections off Smithtown Road on Tuesday, the remaining intersections will be paved on Wednesday.
- July 4/5: No work.
All work is weather pending and will be performed the following day if rain delays occur.
