2024 Mill & Overlay and Smithtown Road Drainage Improvements Project

The 2024 Mill & Overlay and the Smithtown Road Drainage Improvements Project is identified in the Capital Improvement Plan (PDF) for maintaining and extending the longevity of the existing roadway infrastructure throughout the city.

The construction schedule for the remainder of this week is as follows: 



• June 18: Spot curb repairs have been completed for Spruce Hill Court and the Ayrshire Lane/Smithtown Road intersection. The entrance to Ayrshire Lane off Smithtown Road will be reopened on Monday, June 24th, after the concrete has its initial cure.
• June 19: Concrete curb pouring for remaining spot curb repair locations off Smithtown Road and Boulder Circle.
• June 20: Concrete curb pouring for sidewalks at the following Smithtown intersections: Ayrshire Lane, Howards Point Road.
• June 21: No work.
