Many of you have seen and experienced the changes happening in our organization. It's been an exciting year of transformation, and we're thrilled to share our plans for the future!
We're proud to announce our refreshed Mission, Vision, and Values statements at RFABC. These will guide us as we continue to grow and develop our organizational culture and growth strategy.
|
|
Our new Mission, Vision, and Values statements come from a collaborative effort by the RFABC Staff and Board. We all worked together to reflect and revise these guiding principles.
If you’d like to know more about how we came up with them, you can check out the detailed document on our website [HERE].
We’d love to hear your thoughts and questions. Please feel free to email us at communications@rfabc.com. We're dedicated to being transparent and keeping you informed as we move forward together.
Thanks for being a part of this journey with us!
With gratitude,
Jenna Stevens, President
Dwayne Kalynchuk, Executive Director
