Main Street in Historic Old Town Warrenton transforms with arts, music, crafters, strolling entertainment and festival food during the 45th Annual Old Town Warrenton Fall Festival, on Saturday, October 5th, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 


On Fall Festival Day, this rural county seat opens its streets to a wide variety of artisans and crafters exhibiting and selling handmade jewelry, fine arts, candles, tee shirts, wood furniture and stained glass goods from tents set up on Main Street. In addition, Festival visitors will find a variety of vendors showcasing their services and community causes as well as numerous food offerings from shaved iced to BBQ providing for a full day of fun, shopping, food and entertainment for all!


Rain or shine, the event draws approximately 20,000-25,000 people.

STEP ONE - Whether you are a new or returning Old Town Warrenton vendor, once you click the vendor registration button above or any of the application links below, you will be asked to either log into your existing account or set up a free account on our event management platform, Eventeny.


Regardless of your vendor status, it is important that you be sure to update/create your profile with as much detail as allowed since that information will be viewable to the public as a webpage as we promote the event. Our 2023 Vendors had an average of 203 views each ahead of the event date!

STEP TWO - Once you have logged in to the Festival website, you will then be able to submit an application for any of the four categories listed below.

STEP THREE - Submitted applications will be reviewed and when approved, your credit card will be charged all fees. Applications not approved will not be charged.

STEP FOUR - Vendors whose applications have been approved will be sent a link to a festival map noting all booth locations. The type of approved application you submitted will determine which booth locations will be available for selection. Booth selection links will be distributed to approved vendors on or about the end of May (the date is contingent the Town of Warrenton). Please note that 2023 Vendors and Fauquier Chamber of Commerce members will be given priority for booth selection. If you would like to consider Chamber membership, please click here.

ARTIST / MERCHANDISE vendors are those displaying and selling items which are handcrafted by the seller in relatively small quantities. This includes paintings, pottery, glass, woodcarving, weavings, and so on. Each item is typically unique or one-of-a-kind. Vendors are those displaying and selling items made by others, purchased wholesale, or produced in a facility with several employees. This excludes food and beverage.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES are defined as any business, department, or individual whose core output is a service or expertise rather than a manufactured product. A few examples of professional services include accounting, advertising and marketing, and legal services.

NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS are defined as any local service club, veterans' post, fraternal society or association, volunteer fire or rescue groups, or local civic league or association of ten or more persons not organized for profit but operated exclusively for educational or charitable purposes as defined herein, including the promotion of community welfare, and the net earnings of which are devoted exclusively to charitable, educational, recreational or social welfare purposes.

A FOOD TRUCK is defined as a large motorized vehicle or trailer, equipped to cook, prepare, serve, and/or sell food. Some, including ice cream trucks, sell frozen or prepackaged food; others have on-board kitchens and prepare food from scratch, or they heat up food that was prepared in a brick and mortar commercial kitchen.

VOLUNTEERS are the key to the festival’s continued success. They are the face of the festival and their interactions over the course of the day are what our vendors and visitors will remember. Enthusiasm is important in making the festival an enjoyable and successful experience for all. Training will be conducted online ahead of the event.
