STA is pleased to announce Chris Halverson, Director, Institutional Sales at CAPIS, as the 2024 recipient of our Dictum Meum Pactum Award! A former STA National Chair and Past President of Dallas STA, Mr. Halverson's unwavering support for our organization and its members is recognized and appreciated by the entire STA community.
Despite the challenges presented as STA Chair during the height of the COVID pandemic in 2020, Mr. Halverson demonstrated admirable leadership while upholding STA's values to the highest standard. As a member of the Dallas STA Board for the past 16 years, Mr. Halverson's service to STA on both a regional and a national level has been long recognized by many in our industry.
Throughout his years serving the STA community, Mr. Halverson has also dedicated his time to several charitable organizations, including Catch A Lift Fund, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, North Texas Food Bank and more.

He has been a strong STA ambassador for many years, and we are grateful for his contributions to our organization. The Dictum Meum Pactum (DMP) Award recognizes those individuals who have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the betterment of the financial services industry and have exhibited acts of integrity at the highest level, consistent with the ideal STA has supported since its inception:

The 2024 DMP Award will be presented to Mr. Halverson at STA's 91st Annual Market Structure in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
