Trusted voices will help industry

decode new science

Center for Produce Safety’s 2024 Research Symposium will debut final reports on fifteen research projects. CPS-funded researchers will report their new findings in ten “State of the Science” sessions focused on critical produce-safety topics. The featured panelists and moderators will discuss how this new research builds upon the current body of work and what the produce industry can gain from these new insights.

"As we look forward, our focus remains on identifying emerging needs and ensuring that our future research is not merely a repetition but a beacon of innovation. Food Safety experts are engaged in distilling the most critical information—information that resonates with and benefits our Symposium audience. This process involves an examination of past data, current trends, and potential future challenges, all aimed at driving our field forward with modern perspectives and actionable insights."
