Quick reference on who emails should be sent to:

Emails for the Meet Director: questions about almost anything related to Nationals, questions about the meet format, and other related meet-specific questions.
Emails for CCS: changes to your CCS club abbreviation, questions about your CCS roster, specific registration questions, meet results submission, questions about CCS website content, and other organizational questions.
If you don't know who you should send it to, send it to both emails and the appropriate party will reply.

A Message From the Meet Director

Hello College Club Presidents,

We hope this message finds you and your team looking forward to the 2024 CCS National Championship meet this spring! We have some important updates to share with you regarding this year’s event.

Firstly, we are pleased to share with teams the initial version of the meet packet. Included in the packet is the meet schedule, order of events, registration openings and deadlines, and more. Please review it carefully!

Secondly, see the hotel block prices and booking links. Room blocks at six different hotels for this year’s meet have been secured. We strongly advise booking via these links as you will be able to access a special rate as a CCS team. Included in the PDF is hotel pricing, booking links, and a number for each hotel to contact if you or your team have any issues.

Finally, please see the National Qualifying Times (NQT). We encourage you to view the September 2023 CCS Town Hall recording if you weren't able to attend to learn more about how these times were determined. We will also be hosting a Town Hall dedicated to Nationals information and answer any questions on November 28 at 8 PM Eastern. Register below, read the meet packet thoroughly, and come prepared with questions!
