HIERARCHAL VISIT --- Palm Sunday --- Saturday/Sunday, April 27 & 28, 2024
We are blessed this year to have His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael of Chicago (and Archdeacon Vasilios) with us for Palm Sunday Matins & Divine Liturgy on Sunday, April 28, beginning at 8:00am. Fr. Panteleimon and parishioners of our sister church, Sts. Constantine & Helen will join us for Palm Sunday Vespers on Sat, April 27 at 6:00pm. Metropolitan Nathanael might preside over this service as well, if they make it in time. Join us as we celebrate this Great Feast of the Church with our Father and Chief-Shepherd!

BRIGHT FRIDAY FEAST OF THE LIFE-GIVING SPRING & MINI-PILGRIMAGE --- Friday, May 10
Join Fr. Ciprian as he travels to these celebrations on the grounds of St. Iakovos Retreat Center (home of Fanari Summer Camp) & also the mini-pilgrimage that will follow. Speak to Fr. Ciprian, Pres Maggie, or Elias if interested (we will be carpooling).
9:00am – Hierarchal Matins & Divine Liturgy at the Life-Giving Spring Chapel at St. Iakovos Retreat Center, Kansasville, WI --- 12:00pm Reception will follow at the Retreat Center, but Reservations are Needed ASAP; Speak to father or email eliaspagones@annunciationwi.org
1:00pm – Visit (mini pilgrimage) to nearby monastery or monasteries to venerate relics.
SPRING PARISH ASSEMBLY --- Sun, May 19
The Spring Assembly will begin after the Sunday School Recognition and Graduation Ceremony & Coffee Social - about 11:45am. Giving statements will be emailed or mailed in early May documenting 2024 Quarter 1 giving. To be eligible to vote, a Stewardship Pledge Form for the year 2024 must be submitted & 25% of your Treasure commitment must be fulfilled prior to the meeting. It is your responsibility to verify your percentage paid before May 19th. You will have an opportunity to pay towards your Stewardship pledge, up to the start of the meeting on May 19. Contributions towards stewardship without a 2024 Pledge Form do not meet the qualification for voting privileges.

AHEPA MILWAUKEE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS PRESENTATION --- Sun, May 19, 1:30pm
The awards presentation will be made at the Annunciation Cultural Center. This is a FREE event, and light treats and dessert will be served. All are invited to attend and celebrate our graduating High School students who are being recognized by Milwaukee AHEPA Chapter 43. The AHEPA Milwaukee Scholarship Foundation has provided more than $775,000 to outstanding high school graduates since 1959, thanks to the generosity of its supporters.
