As your 2024 President of NOMAR, I pledge to build upon our past successes and lead our association with unwavering dedication, transparency, and a commitment to the collective goals of our members. Our Board of Directors and the administrative leadership of NOMAR will strive for innovation, inclusivity, and continuous growth, fostering an environment where every member's voice is heard and valued. Our vision for the year is to nurture open communication and collaborative decision-making, and provide services that enable all our members to grow their business.

The guiding principle of "Record Year" will take precedence in all our endeavors at NOMAR in 2024. It will serve as our focal point and a constant reminder that this year has the potential to be the most successful in delivering unparalleled value to our members.

Along with your Board of Directors, I look forward to serving as your President in 2024 and embarking on this journey together, creating a stronger, more vibrant association.
